Buescher Aims to Close Points Gap at Smith’s 350

September 24, 2013

NASCAR Truck Series – Smith’s 350
September 28, 2013 – Las Vegas Motor Speedway
James Buescher, No. 31

James Buescher and his Exide EDGE team head into Vegas coming off an eighth-place finish at Chicagoland Speedway two weeks ago. This was the team’s fifth top-10 finish in a row. Buescher has four previous starts at Las Vegas Motor Speedway (LVMS) and has an average finish of 10.8. Buescher’s best result at LVMS came in 2010 when he finished in the third position. Buescher and his Exide EDGE team will also have a chassis that is a proven winner at LVMS in their quest to close the points gap to the leader.

Las Vegas is always one of the tracks that I look forward to coming to each and every year. I’m really happy with my Exide team’s performance and I feel like they will have a great truck prepared for us. We’re still fighting for wins and I feel like we have a great opportunity to get our third of the season this weekend in Vegas. – James Buescher
