Hornaday Aims For Another Victory at Texas Motor Speedway

October 28, 2014

NASCAR Truck Series – WinStar World Casino and Resort 350
October 31, 2014 – Texas Motor Speedway
Ron Hornaday, No. 9

For the 360th start of Ron Hornaday Jr.’s NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Career, the Four-Time Champion will return to Texas Motor Speedway with NTS Motorsports and Rheem. After sweeping both Fort Worth races in the NCWTS in 2008 and also making a trip to victory lane in 2011, Hornaday is excited to continue his lone star success, with NTS Motorsports in the No.9 Rheem Chevrolet Silverado. Along with 3 wins, Hornaday also has 7 top-5s and 13 top-10s at Texas.

I really enjoy racing in Texas and I’m excited to get back in the truck with Rheem behind me. I’ve had a lot of success at Texas; I guess it just suits my driving style. We had a great NTS Motorsports truck at Talladega and I’m looking forward to being fast again and going after a win for Rheem and getting a cowboy hat for all these guys at NTS. – Ron Hornaday Jr.
