James Buescher Looking Forward to Competing At Road America

June 17, 2014

NASCAR Nationwide Series – Gardner Denver 200 Fired Up by Johnsonville
June 21, 2014 – Road America
James Buescher, No. 99

James Buescher heads to Road America coming off another top-15 finish last weekend at Michigan International Speedway. Buescher has one previous start at the 4.048-mile road course last season where he started deep in the field in 29th position, but managed to move forward throughout the race finishing a respectable 14th.

I’m really looking forward to returning to Road America this weekend. I had the opportunity to run there last year in more of a get familiar with road racing but I had a lot of fun. We started deep in the field but one of the keys to Road America is staying on track and keeping your nose clean. There always seems to be a lot of pushing and shoving and if we can stay out of trouble, I think we should have a realistic shot at a top-10 if not a top-five. – James Buescher
